| I don’t want to sound like a starry-eyed idiot- I’m not- but I would like to someday get into an overseas medical program. I don’t want to be a Park Avenue, New York City doctor where there are a million physicians already. I want a place where I might be the only doctor and be of some help. |

| Advertising is a waste of money. When a customer comes in with a complaint, give them their money back. The money you spend giving things away and helping individuals is a fraction of what a radio or TV ad would cost. But it does much more to build loyalty and make customers come back. |

| It's a little out of sequence, but Joe was an Antiques dealer for several years after the Store burned down. With this money he helped pay for Medical School. Even here the underlying philosophy of discount prices, fairness, friendliness and humor prevailed. |
